What we collect
When you sign up for the Aging Parent Starter Kit or submit a contact form on this site, we collect your first name and email address. We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or information about third parties.

How we use it
We use your name and email to deliver the resource you requested and to send occasional updates from The Care Executive. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email communications
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message we send. Unsubscribing removes you from our mailing list but does not delete your data from our records unless you request this separately.

Third-party tools
This site uses Kit to manage and deliver email communications, and Squarespace to host the website. Both maintain their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle data on our behalf.

Your rights under the PDPA
